Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Fire Surveyor Inspector (PO4) to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed fire safety inspections, surveys, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and protocols. You will play a critical role in identifying potential fire hazards, evaluating the effectiveness of existing fire safety measures, and recommending improvements to mitigate risks.
As a Fire Surveyor Inspector, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including building owners, facility managers, and fire safety professionals, to ensure that fire safety standards are upheld. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating and training individuals on fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive fire safety inspections and surveys of buildings and facilities
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing fire safety measures and recommend improvements
Identify potential fire hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks
Collaborate with building owners, facility managers, and fire safety professionals to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and protocols
Maintain thorough documentation of inspection findings and recommendations
Conduct fire risk assessments to evaluate the level of risk posed by potential fire hazards
Provide training and education to individuals on fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience working in fire safety or a related field
In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and protocols
Strong analytical skills to identify potential hazards and evaluate fire safety measures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
Ability to stay updated on the latest developments in fire safety regulations and best practices
Professional certification in fire safety is preferred, but not required
