CAMBRIDGE – FIRMWARE ENGINEER – £30,000-£70,000
My client is leading the World in mechanical and electrical product development. Developing products such as transducers that require high levels of precision and performance while maintaining a minimal and lightweight design. They are looking for another new Firmware Engineer, details below:
Main Duties Include:
+ Working alongside a team of various engineers whilst balancing long-term and short-term objectives.
+ Using efficient problem-solving skills and methodology to enhance and improve current procedures and technology.
+ Development and continuation of building control algorithms
+ Working with customers to aid understanding of customer requirements and product reliability.
Skills and Experience Required:
+ Experience in Firmware engineering, ranging from 1-10 years.
+ Experience with bare metals and C programming.
+ Experience with ARM Microcontrollers.
+ Ideally some experience with python, ARM Cortex M series and PWM, but this is not essential.
