First Contact Enquiry Officer

We offer an exciting and rewarding role within a progressive Police Force working as part of the First Contact Team.
Main Purpose of Role
To act as first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the Police both face to face and by telephone, providing a quality service and positive image for Nottinghamshire Police. Recording reported incidents and managing all Front Counter Duties (please refer to the Job Description).
