Prestigious London law firm are looking for a detail-orientated legal secretary to join their litigation team. You will primarily be looking after one partner although you must be flexible and provide ad hoc support to the wider litigation team if needed. Although the position will be supporting a litigation partner, he is happy to see legal secretaries with experience in any area of law.
Responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary and calendar management
- Document management to include organising, proof reading and editing legal documents
- Putting bundles together for court
- Travel organisation Inbox and email management
- Conducting legal research
- Digital dictation
Fantastic opportunity for a legal secretary with at least 12 months’ experience in any area of law to take on more PA duties and primarily work in a 1:1 capacity. Team orientated, friendly culture and a very supportive environment.
