First Response Advisor- Experienced
Full Time, Permanent
Monday to Friday
35hrs per week
£21,000-£24,000 DOE
We are currently seeking a First Response Advisor to join our team. As a First Response Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse and address customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Enter customer information and interactions accurately into the database
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to resolve issues or escalate as necessary
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Proclaim experience advantageous
