Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Fish and Chips Cook. As a Fish and Chips Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality Fish and chips dishes in our restaurant kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook Fish and chips dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Assist with meal preparation, including cutting, marinating, and seasoning ingredients
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: £12,000.00-£14,000.00 per year
