Hours : 32 hours per week, working four days over seven (including rotating weekend work)
Due to the operating hours of the business, applicants must be flexible - there is no set shift pattern.
● Shifts will vary between the hours of 05:30 am -22:30 pm Monday - Friday.
● Shifts will vary between the hours of 07:30 am -20:00 pm on Saturday & Sunday.
● Bank Holidays are normal working days.
Rate of Pay : £11.00 per hour

About the Role
Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who strives to give the best customer service experience? Are you looking to work in a state of the art health and fitness environment and join a successful team where ongoing training and development is provided? If so, this role could provide you with the ideal opportunity.
You will ideally be educated to HND level in health and fitness where aerobics studio based qualifications is desirable (Les Mills and spinning qualified). Your duties will include gym programmes, fitness assessments, and studio class teaching and day to day operations working on a shift rota basis.
We require you to be Reps Level 2 qualified as a minimum. With Level 3 or equivalent Gym Instruction/Personal Training or Group Exercise qualifications (including ETM, Spin etc.) being desirable.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
● Daily teaching of group exercise classes - this is one of the main aspects of the role and will be physically demanding.
● Designing tailor made programmes for new & existing members, completing Smart Start & Health Smart assessments,
● Pool plant duties: water testing, pool plant maintenance & general admin (full training provided)
● Maintain a clean gym floor & group exercise studios (putting equipment away - maintaining kit cleanliness).
● Perform and record routine maintenance checks of the gym floor equipment, logging issues with our service providers for repair.
● Les Mills training will be a requirement of the successful candidate (funded by the company)
● Regular, ongoing, mandatory Emergency First Aid & Pool Responder training will be a requirement of the successful candidate.
● Achieving Personal Training revenue targets.
● Engaging positively with members in the club
