The role: This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified trainer to join our highly successful and professional team, operating within GCS Training, the commercial branch of the College. Full-time (37 hours) Fixed Term- Maternity Cover until May 2025 £33,545 - £39,024 Per Annum Jubilee Court, Swansea Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver assessments across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards. Plan and deliver over 12 hours per week of training to learners as required Ensure training and assessment strategies and materials are planned and accessible to meet the varied needs of all learners, and that cross-cutting themes (for example, ESDGC, Welsh Ethos, ES, Employability) are embedded and assessed effectively.
