Fleet Administrator - 6 to 8 weeks initially with a potential to go perm

Job Title:Fleet Administrator
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £23 0 25k
Job Type: Full-time - office based but will do 3 days minimum in the office
Job Description:
We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling fleet vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are accounted for and in good condition. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all fleet vehicles, including maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage.
Other duties will include:
Raising PO numbers
GRN'ing monthly costs
Being the point of contact for the suppliers with any queries relating to vehicle discrepancies
Responsibilities:

Reconcile fleet vehicles on a daily basis

Maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles

Ensure that all vehicles are accounted for and in good condition

Schedule and track vehicle maintenance

Monitor fuel consumption and mileage

Provide support to the Fleet Manager as needed

Working hours are 9 till 5.30, but they can be flexible. Free Parking on site.
