- Checking Invoices and requesting payment- Working with multiple departments to resolve invoicing issues- Maintaining internal documents- Running productivity reports- Monitor monthly checklists and ensure everything lines up- Ad-hoc tasks as required by the businessALL ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience with invoicing or PO's- Strong knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUPS- Confident communicator- Natural problem solverAND FOR YOU:
