Job description

    We are looking for an energetic Fleet Administrator to join our client's busy team based in Central London. They are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and organised professional who is looking for a new opportunity with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.


    Duration: Temporary ongoing position
    Job Title: Fleet Administrator
    Pay: £11.50 an hour (23,000 eqv)
    Hours: 8am-5pm
    Days: Monday - Friday
    Location: Southwark (hybrid working)


    Key responsibilities include:



    • Assist with the day to day demands within the Courier Compliance team.

    • Quality control all documentation and vehicle images submitted by service centres and couriers.

    • Assist with setting up all new couriers and completing all 3rd party checks.

    • Build good working relationships with the other business units.

    • Escalate issues to the Courier Teams as necessary.

    • Quality control all documentation and vehicle images submitted by prospective couriers.

    • Provide and manage ad-hoc reports.

    • Assist with enquiries i.e. Face to Face, phone, email and on iFleet etc.

    • Answer phone calls in a timely manner and communicate the necessary details to relevant departments or personnel.

    • Assist with the submitting of DBS checks.

    • Supporting the other departments during colleague absences.
