We have an exciting role to join a friendly team in a modern office environment based in Sittingbourne. We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join in a Fleet Administration role on a part time basis
You will need to be great at communicating with lots of different people and highly organised to ensure tasks are followed through to completion and a varied workload is organised!
Duties:
- Answers queries via phone and email
- Distribute all PCNs, Fines, reports of damages, insurance claims and follow up
- Chase daily vehicle checks from drivers
- Paying congestion charges, tolls and dart charges
- Adding new and removing old vehicles from systems
- Chase line manager responses
- Manage inbox
- Recording mileage and fuel
