Fleet Maintenance Supervisor
Monday to Friday – 10am till 6pm
A challenging role which will involve the administration and support of Fleet Maintenance and vehicle defect reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong transport background ideally with experience of a similar role. They will be required to arrange scheduling of vehicle servicing / MOT / defect repairs and liaise with approved local and national garages for both LGV and van operated fleet ensuring that any work carried out onsite at Alloga is done following Health & Safety procedures policies and guidelines.
The applicant must have a positive outlook and the ability to manage and maintain the fleet in a safe, compliant and cost effective manner. The role will involve various duties including accident management and reporting, updating service vehicle records and daily management of the “Truckfile” maintenance system. The ideal candidate must be able to use their own initiative to prioritise workloads in a pressurised environment.
Ideally applicants will have CPC National or be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of operator’s licence legislation. Excellent organisational skills are essential along with a methodical approach to work. You must have good PC skills.
