Flexible Nursery Worker

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Flexible Nursery Worker to join our team on behalf of a Bristol-based client. As a Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and stimulating environment for children in our client's nurseries. Responsibilities:

- Supervise and engage with children in the nursery, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Help to implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning, creativity, and social interaction
- Help provide basic care such as feeding and assisting with nap time routines
- Help maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to take initiative when necessary
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
