We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Registered Nurses to join our brand-new Flex Force team. Flex Force is the ideal solution as you can work the contracted hours to suit you, with guaranteed set pay each month. What’s more, you can select your shifts to work flexibly around your studies, family life or other commitments. While shifts will be offered as required by our care home across the Falkirk and Stirling area, you will remain in control of your working week and the shifts you pick up.

That’s why HC-One has introduced our Flex Force initiative, giving you the freedom to choose the contracted hours you work within a 12-week cycle.The freedom doesn’t end there, you can choose your preferred shifts and work across several care homes. By committing to a set number of hours, you can have peace of mind knowing you’ll have a permanent contract and consistent pay, with all additional hours worked paid at the end of each 12-week cycle.

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills - to name but a few! You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and unbelievably rewarding part of the role.
