What does a Floating Support Worker do at Hillingdon?

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a dynamic and proactive Floating Support Worker to join our Domestic Abuse Team. You will work hand-in-hand with IDVA colleagues, law enforcement, social care, housing, health services, and other vital agencies. Advocate for victims, empowering them to take control of their lives, navigate the legal system, and access essential services.

Utilize your skills to conduct thorough risk assessments and safety planning for both victims and their children. Your meticulous attention to detail will make a world of difference.

Grow both personally and professionally as you handle a caseload, providing continuous support, outreach, and advocacy. This role is an opportunity for your own growth as you contribute to the growth of others.
