Flood Risk Consultant- Home Based

Role: Flood Risk Consultant
Location: Home based and site walkovers.
If you have experience writing Flood Risk assessments and flood consequence assessments and you would like to work on varied projects spanning residential and commercial projects then this is the role for you!
This exciting opportunity will focus on Flood Risk assessments and flood consequence assessments for pre-planning for residential and commercial developments and renewable energy projects spanning battery farms, solar farms and windfarms.
You will join an established team as a Flood Risk Consultant and complete the following;
-Flood Risk Assessments.
-Flood Consequence Assessments.
-Interpret flood modelling results.
-Site visits/site walkovers.

It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering or Hydrology and experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk assessments and/or flood consequence assessments for planning applications.
A driving licence is also essential to complete site walkovers across the UK.
This is a remote, Home Based role.
