Floor Captain

Sodexo are on the look out for a Floor Captain in York (YO31 8TA)! If you are a friendly and technical minded individual, who could be the go-to person for our colleagues and clients, for all things facilities, then we want to hear from you! What you’ll do:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage incoming queries and requests

• Provide technical support for meetings & events

• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling

• Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

What you bring: 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• A helpful and professional level of customer service

• Strong technical abilities and IT literate

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

• Monday - Friday
• 10am - 3pm
• Hours worked per week
• £11.50 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
• Paid overtime opportunities available
• Full uniform and training provided
