AddressImmediate start for x 3 Floor layers - work is Midland based so essential the individual has own transport and tools - position is temp to perm - PAYE initially .
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be covered and calculate the amount of material needed
- Remove existing flooring or prepare surfaces for installation
- Install various types of flooring materials, such as carpet, vinyl, laminate, or tile
- Cut and trim flooring materials to fit around obstacles and in tight spaces
- Apply adhesives, nails, or staples to secure flooring materials
- Inspect and repair damaged flooring or subflooring as needed
- Clean up work area and dispose of waste materials properly
Floor Layer
- 40 Hour week
- Own Transport/Tools
- Vinyl Flooring/Wet Rooms
- Prepping the floor before they carry out the work
- £18/£19 P/H Depending on experience
- 10 Square metres to lay a day
- Council work - working on council flats and properties throughout the West Midlands
- X3 Floor layers required
- Only Black Country Area
- 8:00 - 16:30 May be an hour or so over to finish the job
- Once proved will go on to better work such as hospitals
