SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager to join our team in Southbourne Road, St Austell! This is a full time, permanent position and requires the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.
As an essential retailer, our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week.
As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in the running of the store by leading and inspiring our team to deliver the best store standards for our customers.
You will also:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards
- Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
- To operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Have a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI’s
