Floor Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Floor Staff. As a Floor Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to our guests. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with food and drink preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and floor areas

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly manner
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bartending or catering experience is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £7.27-£10.54 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
