Are you a skilled Tiler with a passion for precision and an eye for detail? If this sounds like you, we have a super opportunity as BCUK has joined forces with HMS, one of the fastest-growing contractors affiliated with the Torus Housing Group in Merseyside.

You'll transform void and tenanted properties with your tiling expertise, completing responsive maintenance and repairs.

We're offering you a temporary to permanent position, spanning approximately 3 months. Shine bright, and you may find yourself securing a full-time role with the company!

Here's the checklist for success:

• Your experience in social housing and working with the public is a big plus. You understand the unique demands and expectations of these settings.
• Hold the keys to freedom with a full clean driving license.
• Possess a Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Wall and floor Tiling - your foundation for exceptional work.
• Specifically LVT flooring
• Multi-skills are a bonus here - think Joinery, Plastering, Roofing, Painting, Basic Electrics, and Basic Plumbing.

Your To-Do List:

• Work your magic on reactive maintenance for existing properties in the Liverpool area, breathing new life into every space.
• Cruise in style with a company van provided for your convenience.
• Stay on top of your game with a PDA system for efficient work tracking.
