I am seeking a Flooring Estimator to join a well establisehed business in Boscombe. The ideal candidate will be confident in selling services in a consultative manner and engaging with customers face-to-face. This role requires a proactive individual with a full UK driving licence, basic math skills and some administrative experience.
Day-to-day of the role:- Engage with customers in a face-to-face environment to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct on-site measurements and estimates for flooring projects.
- Utilise basic math skills to calculate areas and estimate material requirements.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with potential clients to secure sales and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
- Travel to various locations as needed to assess client requirements and provide estimates.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Confident in face-to-face sales and consultation.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement and estimation.
- Some administrative experience to manage sales documentation.
- Proficiency in using a tape measure and other measurement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
