Salary`We are looking for experienced freelance floral designers and florists, with experience in reatail and all aspects of floristry
Freelancers needed for ongoing dates this year with a view to a potential more permanent position.
Competitive hourly rate
Duties will include:
- Design and arrange flowers according to customer preferences and specifications
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are properly cared for and maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
-Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
Qualifications:
-Level 2 and 3 in floristry is preferred
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Ability to work in a retail environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Sales experience is a plus
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, is an advantage
