Job summary
Assisting with the day to day running of a busy Flower Shop in Downpatrick.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Flower care and conditioning (full training will be provided in the identification and care of flowers and plants).• Replenishing stock and stock rotation.• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.• Receiving and checking off deliveries.• Basic floristry training will be given.
Requirements
• Applicants should have an interest in art & design.• Great communication skills.• Able to listen to instruction as well as take initiative when working independently.• Ability to work well in a team.• Interest in flowers/floristry.• Experience in a customer facing environment.• Strong attention to detail.• Good computer skills.
