Job Title: FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Worcester
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as an FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations, handling various tasks such as despatch, pick and pack, loading trailers, receiving deliveries, and maintaining stock control.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations, handling various tasks such as despatch, pick and pack, loading trailers, receiving deliveries, and maintaining stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance forklift to move and handle materials within the warehouse
Executing efficient pick and pack procedures
Loading trailers with precision and care
Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
Maintaining accurate stock control through regular checks
Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
Valid Counterbalance forklift license (mandatory)
Full driving license (mandatory)
Experience in VAN driving and delivery is preferred
Previous experience in warehouse operations
Ability to pass a DBS check
British citizenship is mandatory due to the security clearance requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
