FLT Driver/Side Loader

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a FLT Driver with a Side Loader Licence based in Huddersfield. You will be working in a fast paced Manufacturing environment and will be tasked with general warehouse duties besides operating the FLT.
Responsibilities:
Operate warehouse management system to track and locate materials
Load and unload trucks with materials and product
Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss
Operate Side Loading forklift to move materials
Perform heavy lifting as required
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment Side Loader Driver
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
Ability to operate warehouse management systems and other computerised equipment
Proficient in materials handling techniques and procedures
Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse
Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
Working hours
Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00
Pay rate
£10.42 - £11.42 DOE
