What about your role?
As a DHL Supply Chain Colleague, you will be playing your part in keeping the world moving by accurately picking and sorting packages for our customers. We need you to:
- To unload any trailers within the correct Health and Safety guidelines to national and local level
- To load any trailers within the national and local Health & Safety guidelines
- To accurately pick loads to marshalling and wrap where instructed
- To case pick orders following customer instructions
- To operate all machinery other than FLTS's in the NDC that you are trained on i.e Robopac, pallet inverter, ride on pallet trucks, sweeper & scrubber
- Check and sign delivery notes when goods are arriving, either hauliers or Tradeteam
- Operate within the SAP WHMS
- To attend all team briefings and performance dialogues as required by your Line Manager To work within a team environment
What are the requirements?
- Days and Afternoon shifts rotating, 48hr week - Any 5 from 7 days but the shift currently is M-F 6AM - 2PM, 2PM-10PM. Annualised hours so the maximum shift would be 6AM-6PM 10AM-10PM
- FLT license is mandatory
- Experience of working in fast paced warehouse environment preferable
- Reach truck license would be beneficial but upskilling can be completed at site if applicant has FLT license.
