We have an exciting oppourtunity to join one of UK's leading FM providers on one of their established contracts in North Lanarkshire.
• Oversee a team of admin staff by ensuring all processes such as absence, lateness, adherence, Personal Development and setting of objectives are followed in line with Equans processes and procedures.
• Manage the Support Team resource to ensure there is adequate cover throughout the day. • Demonstrate a clear and focussed approach by maintaining Customer Service and improving Customer Relationships.
• Ensure that every team member is contributing equally and complete a review of workloads using monthly generated reports.
• Have a strong focus on managing financial issues to maximise profitability from reactive and scheduled extra works.
• Take reasonable care for the health and safety of him/herself and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions and to co-operate with his/her employer so far as is necessary to enable them to carry out their statutory duty.
• Demonstrate a rapid response to customer billing issues and show a systematic approach to problem solving.
