One of the UK's largest Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for a Key Account Director to lead Soft FM Service Delivery across a collection of Public Sector Healthcare Trusts in London.
This Account Director will play a pivotal part in the successful contract extension later in the year (Currently contract runs until Jan 2025, worst case scenario being the incumbent TUPEing to the new FM provider).
Therefore, the role bests suits a Lead excited by this challenge. The employer have held the Account for a long while, enjoy good customer relationships and work with a high level of structure and process in place.
Each Trust has their Key Account Manager, and service teams, which together form the overall Account this person will be managing, with an approximately total value of 28m
With the contract extension secured you would act at the more strategic level to deliver an improved FM service.
This is a fantastic role for an Account Lead looking to develop their leadership skills, on a key time within a major account, working for an industry renowned firm.
Actions will include:
- Drive operational development of FM solutions across the account
- Develop and maintain the Account Development Plan involving key stakeholders
- Develop and propose propositions on country level.
- Ensure a pipeline of propositions
- Set up and manage client interactions across the country account with focus on innovation and best practice sharing
- Manage staffing and competence development of employees.
- Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and the assigned OPF/Operational processes
- Ensure excellence in service delivery
- Develop and lead the development of delivery of integrated services in the country
- Map and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract in relation to the optimization of profit.
- Report and analyse measurements according to contract and employer demands and drive performance projects
- Analysing, querying and consolidation the monthly reported financial results.
We need from you:
- Clear leadership FM experience in a role with major commercial responsibility
- An ability to effectively deal with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ideally, some kind of exposure to the healthcare sector
- Any involvement in tendering would be also useful
