Food and Beverage Assistant

Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service to guests in a restaurant or catering setting
- Take Food and drink orders and accurately
- Serve Food and Beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces for functions

Experience:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as working in a restaurant or catering environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking.
