SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity available for a Food and Beverage Assistanttojoin our team at our Ardgartan Argyll location. We have part time or full time opportunities available to suit your employment needs.
- Part time: 2 days to 4 days per week (16 hours to 32 hours).
- Full time: 5 days per week (40 hours).
- Shift pattern: 10 am to 7 pm or 12 noon to 9 pm.
We offer ourFood and Beverage Assistant:
- an hourly pay rate of £10.42 per hour (increasing to £10.94 per hour if you achieve your 5% bonus) .
- Monthly 5% bonus (paid quarterly) if location achieves customer service targets.

- We are set in a rural location so you will need your own transport to get to and from work.
- There is no live-in accommodation available at present.
- All 16 to 18 year olds will be paid £7.67 per hour (increasing to £8.05 per hour if you achieve your 5% bonus).
The Food and Beverage Assistant Role:
Open all year round, as a Food and Beverage Assistant you will play a pivotal role in our Forest Retreat, the hub of the location. This is our reception, the first port of call for guests checking in on their holiday. The Forest Retreat also has a shop which involves retail duties, and a small bar and café / restaurant where you will be required to do some catering and table waiting. Experience of working in a fast paced F&B or retail environment is essential. Your customer service skills will be vital in providing exemplary service to our guests throughout their stay, making sure each guest experiences that Forest Feeling from the moment they check-in.
