Responsible for: Ensuring members and visitors are provided with the highest levels of customer service
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be available for weekend work - daytime or evening
- Maintain a professional and welcoming approach at all times when dealing with members, guests & visitors
- Ensure you demonstrate first rate customer service skills and excellent communication skills
- Prepare bar for opening, on time and ready for customers
- Take orders, set, serve and clear tables and deal with the exchange of bills and money
- Clean the bar and service area ensuring a clean and hygienic service area at all times
- Have a good knowledge of the snacks and Beverages on offer in the bar area
- Deal effectively with customer enquiries
- Ensure the bar adheres to legal frameworks
- Work as part of a team
Rate of Pay: A competitive hourly rate will be paid in line with candidates experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
