Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £34,000 to £40,000 pa

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the Food And Beverage operations, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and managing a team of talented professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Food And Beverage services for various events and functions.
• Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage procurement to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proven experience in Food And Beverage management.

Requirements

• Trained to Level 3 Food Hygiene
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the Food And Beverage industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Must have own transport.
