Food And Beverage Supervisor

You will be responsible for providing a first-class hospitality experience to our members and their guests, with a warm and friendly approach.

· Taking Food and drinks orders

· Serving Food and drinks.

· Ensuring the cleanliness of the F&B areas.

· Learning and having full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items including garnishes and preparation methods.

· Being able to assist to members or guests with any special requests or allergy requirements.

· Ensure that the experience being offered to the members is in keeping with IHG standards.

· Providing an exceptional service.

· Leading a team of waiters and porters.

· Delegating jobs & roles clearly and monitoring success.

· Having full knowledge of set and close-down procedures.

· Dealing with special requests or requirements.

· Ensuring that staffing levels always reflect the need of the department.

· Assisting F&B Managers in ensuring that all staff attend relevant food safety and allergen training.

Candidates should have previous experience within a hotel establishment, excellent customer service skills and a passion for working within hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
