Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables quickly and accurately - Assist in preparing food orders when needed - Ensure all food items are presented correctly and according to the restaurant's standards - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running station - Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly Requirements: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed - Understanding of hospitality and guest service principles - Proficiency in phone etiquette for taking orders or communicating with the kitchen staff
