What will I be responsible for as a Food & Beverage Assistant?

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Kew Green you'll have a lot on your plate with the following:

• Being trusted to constantly strive to deliver an outstanding guest experience!
• Being personable and engaging with our guests in a service style that is relaxed yet professional
• Developing relationships with all of our guests, getting to know them and remembering the details that will create memorable experiences for each and every one of them
• Have an interest in F&B with a passion to develop your knowledge further
• Striving to become an integral member of a committed team, ensuring each member takes pride in their work and communicates with one another.

Is this Food & Beverage Assistant role right for me?

You'll already be an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant or an individual seeking an opportunity within the hospitality industry. Most importantly you'll be energetic, enthusiastic, and people-focused and you'll have a keen desire to learn all the details about your hotel and how you can utilise its facilities to deliver an outstanding service.
