AddressAre you looking for a flexible role in Cornwall that’s full of FUN? Fancy working where seals and penguins watch on as you go about your daily work. We're currently looking for Food & Beverage Assistants at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary.
You’ll be working within our café welcoming, interacting with, and helping our guests at every opportunity, ensuring they get the absolute most from their visit.
Helping improve our visitor’s experience as they take a break from discovering our sanctuary. Duties will include serving hot and cold food, ensuring all public areas have well stocked displays ready for opening and that all areas are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day.
These are seasonal part-time roles, working a minimum of 5 hours per week. Hours and shifts will vary, so we’ll be looking for flexibility and the ability to work weekends. If you are only free on holiday periods, weekends, or certain weekdays then it’s not a problem as we have a number of roles to fill.
Qualifications & Experience:- Someone with a customer service background
- Ability to work well in a team with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative
- Experience within a fast-paced food operation environment would be beneficial
- Food hygiene certificate preferred although full training will be provided
- Full availability including weekends and bank holidays
