The Exciting Opportunity
The position of Food & Beverage Manager (full time, permanent) has become available at Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West. Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for;
managing the food and beverage operation of the hotel (resturant, bar and meeting space),
leading a team of great individuals to deliver our customer satisfaction and service delivery targets,
the achievement of budgeted F&B figures and build and maintain consistent communication with all other departments.
supporting all F&B areas of the hotel to achieve KPIs, deliver our brand metrics and ensure all possible sales are captured.
As the hotel is situated adjacent to Oriam, Scotland’s National Sports Performance Centre, a large part of this role is working closely with a varierty of sports teams and delivering their specific dining requirements. Experience of managing large events would be prefereable.
The successful applicant for this role will be able to display great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.
