We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Manager at Yellow 42 Recruitment to join one of our 4-star hotel clients. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations including conference and Banqueting. From managing the restaurant and bar to coordinating events and functions, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of the hotel s guests.

Key Responsibilities: Hotel Food and Beverage Manager

• Manage and lead a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and food offerings.
• Coordinate and oversee all events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all food and beverage areas
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications: - Hotel Food and Beverage Manager

• Previous experience in a food and beverage management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
