TQR Exeter are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a luxury Hotel near Chagford, Devon.
What we offer
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum

Your role
You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front while keeping your guests at the heart of everything that you do.
We are looking for someone who holds and enjoys maintaining high standards, with keen attention to detail. Experience within the luxury/boutique segment would be a real advantage.
The ideal person for this role will be a true food and beverage enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the F&B outlets to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for the guests.
You will work closely with senior management, leading and evolving the F&B operations at the hotel, driving revenue, and ensuring that brand standards are met, and guests’ expectations are exceeded.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills that are capable of nurturing, developing, and inspiring team members.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and targets.
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and have experience in empowering a team to successfully meet expectations.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills that are capable of nurturing, developing, and inspiring team members.
