Excel Recruitment are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Managers to manage the service of hospitality for the world famous Irish Open, Royal County Down, Newcastle, for the week of the 9th – 15th September.
You will be responsible in managing a large team of Food & Beverage staff who will be serving in one of the various Hospitality dining areas of the Irish Open, catering for VIP guests, players, and members of the public for the week of the event. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced managers to work a huge event that will be a fantastic week of work and also a great addition to your CV for you're own progression.
Manager Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing within a busy hospitality setting of over 100 hundred covers
- Availability for the week of 9th – 15th September and possibly a few days of the week prior
- Fantastic customer service and personality
- Ability to multi task and handle pressure within a fast paced environment
Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing your team for the week, ensuring all areas are properly staff
- Dealing with any staff or guest queries professionally
- Ensuring that all Health & Safety guidelines are always followed
- Recording staffs start and finish times as well as assigned breaks
- To ensure that all guests within the Hospitality area are attended to by your team in a professional and courteous manner
