All 154 en-suite bedrooms of the Prince of Wales hotel have been tastefully designed to preserve the Victorian style of this Southport hotel. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Part-TimeFood & Beverage Supervisor to join our exciting team.
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be required too:
- Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and tidy and ready for the following day.
- Ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly.
- Ensure that procedures are adhered to and always followed.
- Handle guest queries and advise F&B Manager of any changes happening in the restaurant.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and to encourage feedback from the guests.
- Supervise other Food & Beverage staff when required.
Prerequisites:
- Proven success in a similar role and environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized, punctual and efficient.
