Role: F&B Supervisor FLEXIBLE FULL TIME HOURS (MIN 30HRS) 16 PER HR (INCLUDING TRONC)The Other House is looking for a dynamic and energetic F&B Supervisor, who has a passion for delivering a culinary experience combined with impeccable guest service. This individual needs to have a strong background in supervising operational food and beverage outlets with a focus on creating memorable moments through personalised experiences. We are looking for an individual who effectively will deliver entrepreneurial food and beverage service with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. For us, there is 'inside the box', there is 'outside the box' and then there are our OtherHouseMates - passionate, self-driven and completely comfortable with pushing the boundaries.
We are looking for someone who has:

• the ability to operate across various functions, supporting all areas of the business
• the ability to challenge the status quo with an instinct for delivering the ultimate experience, especially when under pressure
• an innovative mind who puts forward solutions in a collaborative way
• a history of working in high profile operations roles
• the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire those around you to deliver brilliant experiences.
• mastered the traditional ways of hospitality, so will comfortably challenge those traditions for something better, more future-focused and will be able share the story of where they've done this before
• supports managing the Food & Beverage operation to make sure that all targets are met, including financial targets, team member performances and guest satisfaction

The key responsibilities of the role are:

• ensuring that prompt and efficient service is carried out in the F&B areas.
• ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well maintained, that table appointments including table arrangements are impeccable
• ensuring that servers are always correctly and smartly dressed, that they offer professional and courteous service to customers
• ensuring that all areas are clean and stocked with the stipulated requirements
• ensuring that servers are well trained, correctly, and smartly dressed and serve their customers in a professional and friendly manner
• ensuring the control of guest checks, daily revenues and that cashiering procedures are followed

• assigning and monitoring service staff breaks, vacations schedules, monthly attendance records
• conducting pre-duty briefing in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or as assigned by the Restaurant Manager to be flexible and creative, working outside the box and across all areas of the house as per the business needs and in line with management directions
