We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food Manufacturing Team Leader to join our dynamic bakery team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily production activities to ensure high-quality output and efficient operations.

Responsibilities of a Food Manufacturing Team Leader include;

• Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations Planning and coordinating all production activities during your shift and making sure production targets are met
• Making sure that the production line moves smoothly and efficiently
• Leading and developing your team to ensure optimal production effectiveness
• Coordinating several activities, including operating machines, production, processing, packaging and sorting
• Ensuring that safety rules and procedures are strictly followed in the production department
• Developing and implementing manufacturing processes in accordance with company standards, including safety protocols
