SalaryFoyle Campsie requires packers, skilled and semi-skilled Trimmers to be based at their Campsie site in County Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most progressive beef processing groups in Ireland and the UK.
Rates of Pay
£10.92 per hour plus skill bonuses, attendance bonus
Overtime paid at 1.25 x
Hours: 4 x 10 hour shifts per week: 07.00 – 17.30 or 5 x 8 hour shifts 8am - 16.30
Essential Criteria:
- No experience required for packing roles
The above criteria may be adjusted in order to facilitate shortlisting
Duties will include but are not restricted to:
· Packing, weighing, inspecting meat products
·Meat trimming operations
· Trimming excess fat off meat primals
· Trimming bones out of meat primals
· Finishing primals to customer specifications
· Operating machinery
Butchery operations
· Breaking down quarters
· Removing Bones
