**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Operative to join our team. The Production Operative will be responsible for preparing and producing ready meals and snacks to ensure efficient production processes.
**Duties:**
-Food Handling
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in troubleshooting issues as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles
- Familiarity with food safety regulations in a Food Production environment
- Previous experience in Food Production is a plus
