GBP11.21ph + overtime + progression (opportunity to increase earnings)

We are looking for switched on Food Production Operatives to join our client, a growing business based within the Swale area within a range of roles in their food manufacturing factory.
Within this busy Food Production role, you will be:
- Working in a busy Food Production environment, working to production targets
- Working in a variety of temperatures season dependent.
- Potentially using industrial machinery within the factory
- Following Production Plans accurately
- Keeping accurate records using an online iPad scanning system.
- Any other duties required.
To be considered for any of the Food Production Operator roles you will have/be:
- Worked within a food based environment, whether this is in the kitchen or factory based
- A valid driving licence and own transport due to rural location.
- The ability to read, understand and speak English to an intermediate level as a minimum
- Physically fit and able to work in a role where you are on your feet for a number of hours this is essential due to the nature of the role
- Flexible with working hours, happy to undertake further overtime.
