Food Safety Coordinator

As a Food Safety Coordinator, you will help ensure the company follows legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. You'll be working in a busy FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.

In your first few weeks in this Food Safety Coordinator role, you can expect to:

• Coordinate investigate and respond to complaints in line with the customer complaint process
• Communicate complaint data in the form of internal KPIs, SGS responses
• KPIs, trend analysis - update customer KPIs
• Handle maintenance and housekeeping of SI, product database, OCM management, label templates, pack templates, automatic label verification, X-rays, and Metal detectors.

• Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to read and understand technical information
• The ability to interpret compliance information and research, document and pass on key extracts of content relating to product compliance
