Food Server

We are on the hunt for full-time and part-time superstars to join our team. Situated in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, you will certainly be the pit stop for people looking for their caffeine fix. Not only that, we offer a range of sandwiches, bagels and topped soft serve ice cream, all freshly prepped in house and served to our guests on our outside seating area!

What we can guarantee is that we do our best to make sure every day is fun, you get the training & development you need and most importantly, we're one team!

The candidates we are looking for must have a friendly, reliable and outgoing personality and must be available to work throughout the week, including WEEKENDS. Previous barista and Food Server training would be a bonus, but not necessary, we will provide full training.

Our team are the face of our business, with a friendly approach and positive attitude to provide fantastic service, and to turn customers into regulars!

What's expected?

-Maintaining excellent service; get to know your customers

-Till operations/cash handling

-Prepping and/ or serving food and beverages

-Managing table service to our outside seating area

-Completing daily cleaning task and schedules

-Complying with health and safety regulations

-High level of attention when preparing a beverage; specifications, milk types etc

-Presentable and ready to address the next customer through the door with a smile!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

Experience:

• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
